Update Regarding Visa Denial Appeal

According to Israel regulations, applicant whose visa request was denied has the right to appeal the decision. Information regarding the appeal process can be found here.

Medical insurance does not need to include COVID-19

Dear applicants, the Visa Center received the notification from the Embassy of Israel in China that the medical insurance does not need to include COVID-19 related medical coverage.

Suspension of VIP Express Visa Service for B/1 Work visa applications

14th April 2023

Dear applicants, the Visa Center has recently received notification from the Embassy of Israel in China that the VIP Express Visa service for B/1 Work visa applications is suspended with immediate effect. Please do not select the VIP Express Visa service when paying the visa application fees on the CITIC Bank platform. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

No negative PCR test is required

20th February 2023

As of today, the entry policy for passengers arriving to Israel from Mainland China has been changed and presenting a negative PCR test is NOT REQUIERED.

Entry policy for non-Israeli citizens arriving from People’s Republic of China

6th January 2023

Dear applicants, we received today the notification from Israeli Embassy that in accordance with the State of Israel’s decision – there is a change on the entry policy for non-Israeli citizens arriving from People’s Republic of China

1. As of January 6th 2023 – any foreign citizen who have stayed in People’s Republic of China during the last 7 days / arriving from People’s Republic of China must present a negative PCR test (conducted within 72 hours before departure from the first point of origin) prior to boarding a flight to Israel

2. The PCR test report should be in English.

3. This decision does not apply to:

  • a. Israeli citizens.
  • b. Permanent residents / holders of A5 visa.
  • c. Spouse of / children of (minors below 18) Israeli citizens / permanent residents.
  • d. Passengers who were in transiting in People’s Republic of China, for less than 12 hours and haven’t left the airport.

Israel Visa Policy Update-COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate

As of May 17,2022, Israeli embassy and consulates update the visa application policy as following: Visa applicants don’t need to submit COVID-19 vaccination certificate for visa application.

Notice of relocation : Visa Application Centre of Beijing

15th July 2022

From 1st August 2022, Visa application Centre of Beijing will be relocated to following address: Room 1008 Yingdi Center (Tower A, Wangxin building), Chaoyang district Beijing. Our Centre in 3F Parkview Green, No.9 Dongdaqiao Road, Chaoyang District will be closed from 1st August 2022.

Notice of relocation : Chengdu Visa Assistance Service

20th June 2022

From 4th July 2022, Chengdu Visa Assistance Service will be relocated to following address: Room 1902B (can be reached by elevators of Tower A and B), Times Plaza, No.2 Zongfu Road, Jinjiang District. The Centre in Room 2012, Times Plaza, No.2 Zongfu Road, Jinjiang District will be closed from 28th June 2022.

Israeli Visa Policy Update

2nd March 2022

As of Mar 2, 2022, all kinds of visa types are currently open for visa application. The applicants who already received the COVID-19 vaccination need to submit the vaccination certificate.

Visa Policy Update-Notarization Authentication

28th February 2022

As of Feb 28, 2022, all kinds of notarization documents for applications of all types of visa should be authenticated by Chinese MFA.

Important Notice

In order to continue the cooperation in the prevention and control of epidemic NCP, in response to the notice issued by local government on resumption of work of enterprises, confirmed by the embassy and consulate, the visa center is temporarily closed, no visa applications will be accepted until further notice, including postal applications. Upon the reception of the confirmation of relevant departments and embassy and consulates, the visa center will continue to open to public and we will publish then the opening time information on the website. During this period, applicants can contact us through online message. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

A Letter to Applicants

Dear Applicants, In order to standardize the procedure of Israel Visa Application, speed up the visa processing time, the Embassy would like to kindly remind you that if your visa application material didn’t meet the requirement from the Embassy, the visa center cannot transfer your material to the Embassy. Reminder

For both individual and group applications, each applicant should have his/her own independent and complete visa application.

All the Notarization Documents should be in both Chinese and English. Applicants should submit original and photocopy documents. The Embassy will send the original Notarization documents with passport back to applicants.
